Terms and Conditions
By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in GBY (Guided by You) Therapy workshops, trainings, and supervision programs.
1. Payments
All workshop and training fees are payable in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
Prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment confirms your enrolment and secures your place in the program.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, schedule conflicts, or inability to attend after registration.
In the event that you are unable to attend, you may nominate a replacement participant by notifying GBY Therapy in writing at least 3 business days prior to the event.
If GBY Therapy must cancel or reschedule an event, participants will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to:
a) transfer to the new date,
b) receive a credit for future training or supervision, or
c) request a full refund.
3. Access and Participation
Online workshops and programs are conducted via secure digital platforms. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to the required technology before the session.
Entry links and materials are provided to the email address supplied at registration. Please check spam and junk folders if not received.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, slides, recordings, and resources provided as part of GBY Therapy workshops and trainings remain the intellectual property of GBY (Guided by You) Therapy.
Content may not be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed without prior written consent.
5. Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and maintain confidentiality within all sessions. GBY Therapy reserves the right to remove any participant who breaches this standard.
6. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for the purpose of course administration, certification, and communication about GBY Therapy programs.By purchasing a group supervision session or package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Supervision Purpose
These sessions are intended for practice-based clinical supervision only.
They are not designed to meet specific requirements for Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) accreditation.
For AMHSW-related consultation, please book with Cassandra Gavel via the Ashton Hayes Willow Tree website.
2. Group Format
Sessions are held monthly and are conducted in a group format, with a maximum of 10 participants per session to ensure a collaborative and confidential environment.
3. Booking Options
You may purchase:
A 5-session package
A 10-session package
Or a single drop-in session
All sessions and packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, regardless of attendance or use.
4. Expiry Policy
Unused sessions will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
No extensions or refunds will be granted for unused or expired sessions.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booked session.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered non-refundable and the session will be forfeited.

6. Confidentiality
All participants are expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client material and peer discussions shared within the supervision group.
Recording of sessions is not permitted.
7. Eligibility
These sessions are open to mental health professionals such as social workers, psychologists, counsellors, therapists, and other eligible clinicians.
It is your responsibility to ensure that group supervision meets your professional body’s continuing professional development (CPD) or supervision requirements.
